I’m so excited to share with you all today’s special guest. Not only is she one of my closest girlfriend, a beautiful individual inside and out, and a boss babe, Bárbara de Oliveira Pinto 
Born in Portugal she lived there up until she was 17. After obtaining a degree in Journalism and an MA in Opera in London and Paris, Bárbara started working in Portugal as a report. After obtaining a degree in Journalism and an MA in Opera in London and Paris, Bárbara started working in Portugal as a reporter/on-air journalist and then she had the opportunity to come to LA. She’s traveled all over, met so many people, and has been able to express her creative side through so many different outlets.
At a young age, she planned to be a lawyer and got into law school, but for some reason, she always felt connected to the arts. Barbara explored many cultures and learned languages such as Portuguese, English, French, and Spanish. Paris was life-changing in that she finished her degree in London and got her Master’s in Opera.
Barbara experienced heartbreak in Paris and could not pursue what she planned to do, but she shortly discovered another passion. After her time in opera, she came back to journalism. Her mom saw in a newspaper catalogue looking for a reporter for national TV, she went to audition and got the job which jumpstarted her career and landed her in the city of LA, where her fascination with Hollywood came about. That inspired her to start her own company in which she pitched a TV cinema show for a Portuguese company that documented Hollywood.
